Gestamp Holding Mexico Sl in Madrid is seeking an experienced Innovation Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic innovation initiatives from concept through implementation, collaborating with Product, Research, IP, Technology, Operations, and external partners.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure delivery on time and budget, and identify new technologies that drive the company's long-term growth. Fluent English required; willingness to travel may be needed.

Formación

• Requires a university degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing technology, engineering, or R&D projects in automotive.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead innovation and R&D projects through full lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across functions and locations.
• Ensure objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, research centers, and partners.
• Identify emerging technologies aligned with strategy.
• Monitor progress, risks, performance, report to management.
• Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions.
• Contribute to innovation processes and continuous improvement.
