Placements24 is seeking an Innovation and Product Development Manager to lead the creation and launch of new products in León, Guanajuato. This on-site leadership role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and hands-on development across the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, overseeing R&D, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong track record in launching products and fluency in Spanish with English proficiency

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in product development/management/innovation roles, preferably in manufacturing or tech.
• Proven track record of launching new products to market.
• Strong understanding of market research, lifecycle management, and R&D methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in product management software and tools.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in León, Guanajuato.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong English proficiency.
