Job summary

Tradecorp International, part of the Rovensa Next group, seeks an Innovation Performance & Investment Lead to govern CAPEX, oversee the innovation portfolio and deliver data-driven insights for senior management. Based in Madrid, you will collaborate across functions to drive value realization in biosolutions and agribiotech initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred (MBA, Finance, Strategy, Business Analytics or similar).
• Advanced Excel modelling and Power BI skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Project Finance, Investment Analysis, CAPEX Management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CAPEX governance, project finance and investment performance management processes.
• Build executive dashboards covering CAPEX spend, ROI, NPV, IRR, payback and project performance.
• Perform financial analysis and investment evaluations to support prioritization and capital allocation.
• Monitor investment performance and identify risks to value realization.
• Consolidate CAPEX forecasts and returns across the portfolio.
• Support development and challenge of business cases for investment approval.
• Generate executive insights from financial and portfolio data.
