Job summary

INSTER - Grupo Oesía in Getafe (Madrid region) seeks a Hardware & RF Design Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-value hardware solutions for strategic projects.

You will define technical requirements, design RF and hardware modules, prepare design documentation and BOMs, and perform FQT and hardware validation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Radio Communications, or related field.
• Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment, including spectrum analysers, network analysers, signal generators and similar equipment.
• Knowledge of environmental certification standards and EMI/EMC regulations.
• Experience with electronic design tools such as Altium Designer or Mentor Graphics.
• Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools.
• Experience and/or knowledge in the design of synthesised oscillators and Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs).
