Mott MacDonald is seeking a Project Manager to lead own projects or workstreams on major infrastructure schemes, from development through delivery and handover. You will apply governance protocols, develop project plans, and ensure cost, time, and quality targets are met.

The role requires autonomy and teamwork across disciplines, with strong communication skills for reports and presentations, plus travel to client sites and other offices as needed. Hybrid working is supported.

Formación

• Substantial project management experience across disciplines, procurement routes, and market sectors.
• High commercial acumen and knowledge of planning and project controls.
• Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team.
• Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the development, design, delivery, and handover of built environment and infrastructure projects.
• Apply and follow project governance protocols.
• Develop and maintain a project management plan, ensuring projects are scoped to agreed objectives.
• Identify and deliver project deliverables, ensuring cost, time, and quality parameters are achieved.
• Coordinate with H&S, W and CDM representatives to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Establish stakeholder and communication management processes, including mapping and reporting with statutory and technical assurance bodies.
• Collaborate with commercial, procurement, and project control functions to deliver projects within agreed parameters.
• Assess resource and competence levels of supply chain teams, taking required actions to ensure performance.
• Administer NEC contracts for professionals and contractors, ensuring contractually successful outcomes.
