Allianz Partners in Madrid seeks an Engineering Manager (Infrastructure) to lead Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, and MLOps teams responsible for core infrastructure and cloud platforms. You will drive hiring, onboarding, and career development while partnering with senior leaders to deliver reliable, scalable software delivery across the organisation.

Formación

• 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in an engineering leadership or people management role.
• Proven experience leading Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering teams.
• Experience managing multiple teams or engineering functions within a complex technology organisation.
• Strong background in performance management, career development, workforce planning, and organisational scaling.
• Experience building and growing high-performing engineering teams through structured hiring and talent development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, MLOps, and Infrastructure Engineering teams.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development and succession planning.
• Support senior engineers as they grow into technical leadership roles.
• Foster ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
• Own resource planning and workforce strategy across infrastructure disciplines.
• Balance platform investments with reliability commitments and scale AI workloads.
• Partner with cloud platforms, developer tooling, CI/CD, GitOps, and MLOps leaders.
• Drive reliable, scalable and observable platform capabilities and advocate security practices.
