Roche in Madrid is seeking a Cloud DevOps Infrastructure Engineer at the SE6 level to solve complex business problems with innovative DevOps solutions across the infrastructure landscape. You will influence technology strategy, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

The role focuses on establishing technical direction across the platform lifecycle, designing CI/CD pipelines, self-healing features, DR plans, and governance for reliability.

Formación

• Proven experience solving unusually complex business problems with innovative DevOps solutions across the infrastructure landscape.
• Proven ability to lead geo-distributed teams through influence and mentorship.
• Capacity to research, learn, and apply innovation to foster business strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Establish technical direction for platforms and services across inception to retirement.
• Design complex CI/CD pipelines and self-healing features.
• Lead Disaster Recovery design and execution plans.
• Collaborate with developers, Managed Services suppliers, and vendors to improve reliability.
