TeamSystem España is seeking a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer to lead our infrastructure across Spain. You will own the Infrastructure-as-Code repository and oversee deployments of the Rails monolith and Node.js microservices.

The role includes migrating legacy components to modern, maintainable solutions and supporting environment provisioning, CI/CD, debugging, and deployments. Your experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, networking), Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), and CI/CD tooling will directly

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and AWS cloud environments.
• Proven ability to design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure infrastructure.
• Strong automation mindset with CI/CD, deployment tooling, and scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, evolve, and manage our infrastructure as code repository.
• Manage deployments of Ruby on Rails monolith and Node.js microservices.
• Contribute to migrating legacy components to modern, maintainable solutions.
• Support engineering teams with environment provisioning, CI/CD, debugging, and deployments.
• Participate in architectural decisions and propose workflow improvements.
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Extensive experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, networking).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Terraform.
• Experience with Linux administration, networking, DNS, security, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible, or similar).
• Ability to work with scripting languages.
• English level C1/C2, spoken and written.
