ECM Talent is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage an enterprise-scale environment across virtualization, storage, containers, and hybrid infrastructure. The role centers on VMware platform management (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) with L2 support for NetApp, OpenShift, Linux, Windows Server, and core networking.

You’ll drive RCA, implement permanent fixes, monitor OpenShift health, and automate using PowerCLI, Ansible, and Python.

Formación

• 10-14 years' experience with expert-level VMware (HA, DRS, vMotion, datastore management).
• Solid L2 exposure to NetApp, OpenShift/containers, Linux, and Windows Server.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).
• Automation experience (PowerCLI, Ansible, Python) is a strong plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus) is a bonus.
• ITIL familiarity and relevant certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting NetApp volumes, snapshots and performance checks.

• Running DR activities, failover testing, and backup validation.

We’re hiring for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join an enterprise-scale environment spanning virtualization, storage, containers, and hybrid infrastructure.

You’ll act as a single point of contact for site/infra operations, leading VMware platform management (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) while providing L2-level support across NetApp storage, OpenShift, Linux (RHEL/CentOS), Windows Server, and core networking.
