ECM Talent is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage an enterprise-scale environment across virtualization, storage, containers, and hybrid infrastructure. The role centers on VMware platform management (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) with L2 support for NetApp, OpenShift, Linux, Windows Server, and core networking.

You’ll drive RCA, implement permanent fixes, monitor OpenShift health, and automate using PowerCLI, Ansible, and Python.

Formación

• 10-14 years' experience with expert-level VMware (HA, DRS, vMotion, datastore management).
• Solid L2 exposure to NetApp, OpenShift/containers, Linux, and Windows Server.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).
• Automation experience (PowerCLI, Ansible, Python) is a strong plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus) is a bonus.
• ITIL familiarity and relevant certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Owning VMware operations end-to-end provisioning, performance tuning, patching, troubleshooting.
• Driving RCA and permanent fixes on P1/P2 incidents across infrastructure layers.
• Supporting NetApp volumes, snapshots and performance checks.
• Monitoring OpenShift cluster health, pods, and deployments.
• Automating repetitive work with PowerCLI, Shell, and Ansible.
• Running DR activities, failover testing, and backup validation.
