Fever España is seeking an Operations & Growth-minded leader to become the right hand to our Lead of Influencer Marketing, responsible for evolving how Fever's ambassador, influencer, and content creator programs run and scale.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in operations, business operations, program/process management, or growth roles.
• Experience designing scalable workflows and automating manual processes.
• English native or bilingual is required.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with tool rollout experience.
• Excellent project management with ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive strategy and roadmap for the Ambassadors, Influencers, and Content Creators product.
• Redesign end-to-end workflows: scouting, onboarding, briefing, contracting, payment, reporting.
• Identify automation opportunities to scale without headcount growth.
• Lead new developments from concept to rollout with cross-functional teams.
• Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure for real-time ROI visibility.
• Manage relationships with external tools and vendors for the program.
• Act as second-in-command to support prioritization in the Lead of Influencer Marketing's absence.
