Job summary

Fever, based in Madrid, seeks a senior Marketing Leader to own end-to-end strategy for high-impact experiences. You will blend data analytics with multi-channel digital marketing to drive demand, growth, and regional penetration. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and strategic partners to deliver high ROI campaigns.

You will manage budgets and P&L, forecast growth, and push innovative formats across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing.
• Proven ability to design and execute large-scale marketing strategies with measurable impact.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical mindset with forecasting and P&L-driven decisions.
• Native/bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy for experiences, driving demand and growth.
• Develop scalable marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok with strong ROI.
• Analyze performance with Business Strategy and Growth teams to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content and Product teams.
• Lead meetings with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Oversee and optimize large-scale marketing budgets and P&L for your region.
• Drive strategic planning and forecasting to support revenue growth and market penetration.
• Leverage advanced data insights to guide decision-making and refine models.
• Champion innovation by testing new formats and platforms.
