Scopely in Barcelona seeks a Creator Strategy and Growth Manager to join the Creator Strategy team within Marketing, on a hybrid basis (2 days in office). This fixed-term contract of 6+ months offers an opportunity to shape influencer marketing across multiple game titles.

You’ll manage influencer campaigns, budget, agency relationships, and day-to-day operations, balancing performance metrics with brand objectives while collaborating with UA, product and legal/IP teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in influencer marketing or related discipline, ideally in gaming.
• Strong knowledge of CPM/rate benchmarks and negotiating pricing with talent agencies.
• Comfort owning contracts, invoices, budget pacing, vendor paperwork.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data visualization tools (Looker).
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication for stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to prioritize across timelines and IP guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Run influencer marketing operations across platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Twitch).
• Own agency relationships and negotiate rates.
• Shape creator strategy and translate into operational plans, timelines, briefs.
• Build and share strategy decks with cross-functional stakeholders and performance/UA teams.
• Onboard creators and agencies; liaise with procurement and finance.
• Track performance with MMPs and Looker; optimize campaigns.
• Deliver campaign recaps and executive-level presentations.
