Scopely is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to join an unannounced title, with a hybrid base in Barcelona or remote from the UK. You will develop eye-catching marketing materials, ensure brand identity is clear, and maintain consistency across assets reflecting the game vision.

The role requires 3–5 years in a Creative Marketing role, strong visual design skills, and fluency in English. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects is essential, with a passion for gaming and trend

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Creative Marketing, preferably in games or related creative field.
• Strong visual design fundamentals: composition, color, typography, layout, motion.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Solid understanding of brand communication and current visual trends in gaming.
• Passionate about gaming and aware of global market trends, especially Western games.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication, able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create and adapt marketing creatives for game launches and live ops across static, video, and social assets.
• Support end-to-end creative production from brief to delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with game teams, external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders for timely, high-quality assets.
• Develop quick concepts, mockups and visual references to support ideation and production.
• Monitor trends and top-performing games to inform future creative strategies.
• Improve creative workflows and asset quality through data and feedback.
