Zurich Duo, Zurich's in‑house agency, seeks a Project Manager (Content & Influencer Marketing) with 2–4 years of experience to lead digital content projects and creator collaborations. You will coordinate end‑to‑end campaigns, ensuring structured planning and timely delivery.

You will connect internal teams, clients, and creators on social‑first projects, with English at least B2 level; German is a strong plus. This role focuses on coordination rather than hands‑on asset creation.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, influencer marketing, social media, or digital agency environments.
• Strong understanding of the social media ecosystem, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
• PM tools proficiency in Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of basic social media metrics, performance KPIs, and digital content creation workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Creator Management: Identify, evaluate, select, and manage relationships and collaborations with content creators and influencers.
• Partnership & Contracting: Oversee agreements and manage day‑to‑day coordination with external agencies and partners.
• End‑to‑End Project Management: Plan, monitor, and execute content projects from initial brief to final delivery.
• Cross‑Team Coordination: Connect and align internal teams (Creative, Social Media, Production) with client needs.
• Client Interlocution: Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, translating their requirements into clear project workflows for execution teams.
• Deliverables & Quality Control: Track timelines, deliverables, and execution quality to ensure high‑standard outputs.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and prepare campaign post‑mortem reports.
• On‑Site Support: Support shooting or content production sessions on location when required.
