CORUS in Barcelona is seeking a Digital Project Manager to coordinate international insurance project teams and oversee digital content, social media, and influencer campaigns.

You will plan timelines, manage stakeholders, ensure quality, and translate client needs into actionable briefs for Creative, Social Media, and Production teams. Fluency in German and English is required, with strong organizational skills and experience with Notion, Trello, or Asana.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, digital/social media or influencer marketing.
• Solid knowledge of TikTok and Instagram and interest in digital and creator trends.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Understanding of social media metrics and digital content processes.
• German C1+ and English B2+.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate digital content, social media and influencer marketing projects from briefing to final delivery.
• Plan and manage timelines, deliverables and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality.
• Identify, coordinate and manage collaborations with content creators, influencers, agencies and external partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into clear requirements for internal teams.
• Coordinate internal teams including Creative, Social Media, Production and Client teams.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues and support the implementation of solutions.
• Support content shoots and productions when required.
• Track campaign results and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement.
