Zurich Duo, Zurich's in-house agency, seeks a Creative Strategist to translate business objectives into powerful social-first strategies and actionable briefs. You will shape content territories and guide production with a strong strategic mindset and high creative sensibility.

Role requires translating data and cultural signals into clear creative direction that aligns with brand priorities and drives business impact across platforms.

Formación

• 4+ years in creative strategy, social media strategy, or agency settings.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and native formats (TikTok, IG, Reddit).
• Ability to translate data and trends into creative direction.
• Clear briefing, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of brand strategy, content planning, and digital funnels.
• Business-minded view linking objectives to creative opportunities.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent written/spoken English for cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Translate client and business objectives into social-first strategies.
• Partner with Monitoring & Insights to turn data into opportunities.
• Define content territories, platforms, messaging angles, narratives.
• Develop clear, inspiring briefs for creators and producers.
• Create concept cards, content principles, and platform guidelines.
• Advise teams on trends, formats, and cultural shifts.
• Ensure ideas align with brand positioning and goals.
• Support strategic calendar direction and key narratives.
