SPSP Health is seeking a relationship-driven content and community manager in Madrid to grow our brand through user-generated content, testimonials, and an influencer network.

You will own content sourcing, creator outreach, and partner management while shipping products and publishing content they create.

Formación

• Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community/partner management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable sourcing, briefing creators and judging content performance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full UGC process: creator outreach, shipping product samples, follow-ups and content delivery.
• Scout for and create testimonials (image and video) for use in ads, social media and the online shop.
• Plan and post Reels and TikTok videos for the brand's social channels.
• Reply to comments and interact with the community across social platforms.
• Acquire and onboard (micro-)influencers for content collaborations and affiliate partnerships.
• Act as the main point of contact for influencer and affiliate partners, managing ongoing relationships.

We're looking for a relationship-driven content and community manager to build out our brand's user-generated content, testimonials and influencer network. This role sits at the intersection of

communication, content sourcing and partner management, you'll manage creators end-to-end, from shipping product to publishing the content they create, while also growing our affiliate and

micro-influencer base.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community/partner management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. You enjoy talking to people and keeping partnerships running smoothly.
• Comfortable sourcing and briefing creators, and judging what content will perform well.
• Familiar with Reels/TikTok content formats and current social media trends.
• Organised and reliable when managing multiple creators, shipments and deadlines at once.
• Fluent in German, with good working English.
• A proactive, hands-on approach, comfortable owning outreach and follow-through independently.
