Bain & Company is seeking a Specialist, Practice Marketing – Industry in Madrid. You will join a high-energy marketing team to drive Bain’s brand, reputation and business growth through cross-functional campaigns and data-driven insights.

The role offers global exposure, collaboration with various marketing functions, and opportunities to influence campaigns across channels while leveraging GenAI tools to improve efficiency.

Formación

• 3-4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
• Undergraduate degree in business/marketing.
• Experience in professional services is a plus.
• Knowledge of the relevant industry is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Execute marketing strategies to increase awareness for Bain and our core solutions.
• Develop understanding of target audiences and priority accounts; reach them via events, advertising, speaking opportunities.
• Use data to develop performance insights and optimize activities.
• Maintain knowledge of industry and marketing trends to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with editorial, brand, SEO, paid media, email, PR and events to deliver campaigns.
• Partner with Client Heads and account teams to support priority accounts and sales plays.
