Bain & Company Madrid is seeking a Lead, Software Engineering to design, develop and deploy data‑driven software solutions for diverse industries. You will work in the AI, Insights & Solutions team, collaborating with general consultants and clients to deliver production‑scale software.

The role emphasizes distributed systems, cloud platforms, and hands‑on leadership with mentoring, while staying current with technology trends and contributing to reusable frameworks.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5 years minimum experience; 3+ years at Senior or Staff level.
• Fluency in English. Minimum business fluent Spanish for Iberia.
• Hands-on experience with Python and cloud platforms, plus containerization.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with consulting teams to identify software solutions for client problems.
• Serve as technical lead delivering end‑to‑end software solutions from architecture to development.
• Design distributed systems, review docs, conduct code reviews.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks and educate clients on software capabilities.
• Stay current with cloud, data analysis, and AI trends; travel as needed.
