Bain & Company is seeking an Expert Manager, Software Engineering, to lead the design, development and delivery of AI-enabled software applications for global clients. You will guide cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals, ensuring scalable and secure results.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years end-to-end experience designing and maintaining production-grade full-stack apps.
• Experience translating business objectives into technical roadmaps.
• 4+ years building server-side services with modern frameworks.
• 3+ years architecting micro-service ecosystems and CI/CD automation.
• Experience with cloud-native delivery on AWS/Azure/GCP and IaC tools.
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and related tooling
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong CS fundamentals and software architecture.
• Fluency in English; business Spanish for Iberia is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and scope client solutions by translating problems into backlogs and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture, development, and documentation of AI applications.
• Establish AI-native engineering best practices and CI/CD standards.
• Develop reusable libraries and accelerators to speed value across projects.
• Lead full delivery lifecycle including testing, releases, and monitoring.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with designers for UI/UX excellence.
• Upskill client teams in DevOps and cloud-native practices.
• Champion AI-enabled tech adoption and secure-by-design principles.
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding of new hires.
• Travel is required; assignments across regions.
