Hitachi Energy is seeking an Industrialization Team Lead in Spain to bridge product development and manufacturing. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive industrialization activities across the product lifecycle, and ensure scalable, reliable manufacturing solutions while collaborating with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, or related area.
• Experience leading technical teams or coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product introduction, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in cross-functional and international environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
