Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an Industrialization Team Lead in Bollullos de la Mitación, Spain. You will bridge product development and manufacturing, leading a multidisciplinary team to industrialize new technologies and bring them to market.

You will guide manufacturing readiness, drive process improvements, and coordinate across R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable production solutions while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, or related area.
• Experience leading technical teams or coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product introduction, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
