Floox is seeking a hands-on Engineer to drive the industrialization of our DC charging solutions, from prototype to volume production. You will coordinate with external partners, provide PCB design support, and define manufacturing processes to ensure quality and manufacturability.

The role requires FP in mechanical/industrial design, fluency in English, and strong 3D design skills (Solid Edge). We offer a permanent contract and a flexible, balanced work environment in Barcelona.

Formación

• Higher Vocational Training in Mechanical Design or related field.
• Hands-on experience with 3D parametric design software, Solid Edge preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (sheet metal, machining) and material selection.
• Ability to interpret and produce technical documentation (drawings, tolerances).
• Autonomy to manage day-to-day work and drive tasks forward.
• Dynamic, results-driven profile with willingness to contribute beyond assigned tasks.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Actively participate in product industrialization: transition from prototype to serial production.
• Coordinate with outsourced manufacturing partners for production follow-up and quality control.
• Provide hardware technical support to design teams, including PCB validation.
• Define and follow manufacturing, assembly and testing processes with internal and external partners.
• Prepare industrialization documentation: BOM, processes, instructions, control plans.
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues in Barcelona and with international partners.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, quality and production teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and cost reduction.
