Job summary

Floox is seeking an Industrialization Engineer to drive the transition from prototype to volume manufacturing for electronic products. You will coordinate with outsourced manufacturing partners, provide hardware technical support, and help define manufacturing and testing processes across in-house and external facilities.

• Advanced English level to work with technical documentation and international partners.
• Experience in electronic product industrialization or volume manufacturing.
• Experience managing outsourced manufacturing partners across multi-site operations.
• Hardware/electronics knowledge and PCB design review capability.
• Autonomy to prioritize and drive tasks with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to contribute beyond strictly assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in product industrialization: transition prototype to serial production.
• Coordinate with outsourced manufacturing partners for production follow-up and quality control.
• Provide hardware support to design team and validate PCB designs with external suppliers.
• Define and follow manufacturing, assembly and testing processes in-house and with partners.
• Prepare industrialization documentation: BOM, processes, assembly instructions, control plans.
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues with local and international partners.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, quality and production teams for full manufacturability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and cost reduction.
• Ensure robust documentation and cross-functional alignment.
