Job summary

Floox designs, develops and manufactures fast and ultra-fast DC charging points for electric vehicles in Spain. The selected candidate will lead the mechanical development of the product from concept through industrialization, ensuring robustness, manufacturability, and alignment with Floox quality standards.

They will also support installation manuals and production documentation. The role requires hands-on experience with 3D parametric design, strong knowledge of Solid Edge, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Mechanical design of EV charger housings and subassemblies using parametric software.
• From concept to industrialization: prototyping, validation, certifications, and transfer to production.
• Preparation and maintenance of drawings, BOMs and specifications.
• Creation and updating of installation and product manuals.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical housings, chassis, and subassemblies for EV chargers.
• Lead product development from concept to production.
• Coordinate with suppliers for manufacturing of mechanical parts.
• Provide technical support to production and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with electronics, software, quality, and production teams.
