LOEWE is seeking a Hardware Industrialization Specialist to drive end-to-end industrialization of new hardware components from design validation to series production. You will balance aesthetics, timelines, cost, and reliability while coordinating with design, suppliers, and quality teams.

The role requires 3-4 years in a similar field, a degree in Industrial/Materials Engineering, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Formación

3-4 years in a similar role with development/purchasing for leather goods accessories, jewelry, or trimmings.
Degree in Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation is a plus.
Advanced Excel, familiarity with AI tools, and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

Drive end-to-end industrialization of new hardware components from design validation through series production.
Review aesthetics with Design aligning with industrialization constraints.
Manage testing processes with suppliers and quality teams.
Conduct price negotiations, capacity analysis, and tooling investments.
Optimize manufacturing methods to drive cost improvements.
Oversee pre-series control, master management, and PLM documentation.
Provide technical expertise for root cause analysis and quality issue resolution.
