Floox, based in Barcelona, designs and manufactures fast DC charging points for EVs. We seek a hardware-focused engineer to drive industrialization from prototyping to volume production, coordinating with manufacturing partners and supporting PCB design validation.

You will work with the hardware, mechanical, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability across sites, while leveraging English for international collaboration. Flexible hours and home office options available.

Formación

• Higher Technical Degree or Engineering Degree in Electronics/Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in electronic product industrialization and/or volume manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing outsourced manufacturing partners, ideally across multi-site international operations.

Responsabilidades

• Actively participate in product industrialization: transition from prototype to serial production, including DFM/DFA.
• Coordinate with outsourced manufacturing partners: production follow-up, issue resolution, quality control and continuous improvement.
• Provide hardware technical support to the design team and review PCB designs with external engineers/suppliers.
