Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Chemical/Process Engineer to drive operation plans and optimize production processes in the automotive chemical sector. You will collaborate with external contractors, set up complex equipment, and ensure compliance with global procedures and local regulations.

Candidates should have a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, 3+ years in chemical production, and strong English/Spanish skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Interested in production and industrialization processes, and lab test validation.
• Experience minimum of 3 years in chemical and production processes.
• Knowledge in quality standards will be valued.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• High command of MS Office package.
• Willingness to work in a team and able to travel.
• Teamwork player.
• Good attitude and entrepreneurial mindset to propose new ways to work in production.
