GBfoods is seeking an Industrial Application Manager to join our Europe Operations team. You will drive identification, development, scale-up and deployment of processing technologies across categories, interfacing with Engineering, Operations, R&D and the Technology Transformation Team.

This role emphasizes cost optimization, cross-functional leadership, and evidence-based technology transfer to factories, with travel about 25% across Europe.

Formación

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in industrial application, process engineering, or tech transfer.
• Experience with manufacturing sites and external technology suppliers.
• Fluent English; Spanish desirable; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment of new processing technologies from concept to scale.
• Support facility design or modification to meet tech needs.
• Assess emerging technologies for feasibility and value.
• Plan proofs of concept, pilots, and industrial tests.
• Ensure smooth tech transfer into factories and ramp-up.
