Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Córdoba, Spain, invites applications for a Construction Project Specialist on a 12-Month FTC (Parental Leave Cover).

The role leads and supports facility infrastructure projects in an industrial setting, coordinating with stakeholders and partners to upgrade, renovate and maintain assets. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years of PM experience in industrial environments, and strong knowledge of safety and environmental standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of project management experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects.
• Manage external contractors and vendors, ensuring quality, safety and budget compliance.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to meet timelines and performance targets.
• Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Maintain accurate documentation of projects, assets, and maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and extend asset lifespan.
• Respond to critical facility incidents, including after hours when required.
