Job summary

Apache Industrial is seeking an Estimator to join our Central Estimating team. You will oversee all aspects of bidding projects, including labor, time, and materials, to determine total project cost and drive profitability.

The role reports to the Regional Manager, Central Estimating and is based in-office. Candidate should have strong reading of drawings, experience in industrial services estimation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience reading isometric drawings
• 3+ years of experience estimating industrial services lines of business

Responsibilities

• Interpreting and analyzing contract documents, including terms, specifications, clarifications, and requirements, to prepare estimates and bid proposals
• Estimating the majority of work for the region or business line, including target projects and owners lists, and managing bid flow
• Reading and interpreting complex specifications and drawings
• Collaborating with team members, leaders, and other departments
• Managing priorities and completing tasks in a timely manner
• Supporting a professional, safe, and productive work environment
