Wittur España, a global leader in elevator solutions, seeks a Cost Estimating Engineer for its Zaragoza plant. You will collect and analyze cost data to estimate manufacturing costs, monitor deviations, and drive cost-saving initiatives across materials and processes within the ERP framework.

In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments, document costs, and automate cost calculation processes using new technologies, supporting continuous improvement and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in product cost calculation and cost analysis.
• Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably within the metal industry.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience in the elevator industry or manufacturing of metal components (Nice to have).
• Experience working with Infor LN ERP (Nice to have).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product costing methodologies, and industrial cost structures (Nice to have).
• Understanding of continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives (Nice to have).

Aufgaben

• Documentation, calculation and analysis of the production costs of each of our current products and products which are under development.
• ERP management and collaboration with all departments and factory sections to obtain and document costs.
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements, reports and other necessary documentation at regular intervals to share and be coordinated with Wittur group.
• Contribute to cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures and monitor trends.
• To optimize and automate the process of cost calculation, using all new technologies available.
