Jobgether is seeking an autonomous AI Engineer in Spain to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems for industrial operations. You will work on agentic AI, multimodal ML, data integration, and full-stack engineering using real-world sensor data.

You will own end-to-end solutions from data ingestion to dashboards, collaborate with an experienced team, and shape a zero-to-one industrial platform with high reliability and scalable architecture.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience shipping production AI systems.
• Experience with agentic AI, orchestration, tool integration, and human oversight.
• Experience as an early-stage engineer at a venture-backed startup.
• Strong AI/ML background applied to physical-world systems.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and ship core AI capabilities of an industrial intelligence platform.
• Develop agent runtimes and orchestration frameworks for specialized agents.
• Create context assembly systems using industrial ontologies and memory.
• Develop multimodal data pipelines combining video and structured data.
• Implement computer vision capabilities using YOLO and OpenCV.
• Process industrial sensor data including RTSP video and PLC/OPC-UA streams.
• Build signal-processing and sensor-correlation workflows (FFT, cross-sensor analysis).
• Design industrial ontologies and knowledge graphs for assets and maintenance histories.
• Develop memory systems for trace storage, playbooks, and reusable failure-pattern libraries.
• Build dashboards, alerting workflows, replanning tools, and audit trails.
• Integrate with ERP, CMMS, WMS, historians, and PLC systems.
