Ciklum is seeking an Expert AI Engineer to join our Spain team and help advance AI adoption across product engineering. You will work closely with senior engineers to design and deploy AI solutions, from data processing to model serving, across diverse modalities and platforms.

The role emphasizes practical AI integration in real development tasks, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and scalable, compliant AI system design.

Formación

• 8 years in software, data or AI engineering with 3–4 years AI/ML design and implementation experience.
• BSc/MSc/PhD in CS, Math, Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundations in probability, statistics, ML optimization, and model lifecycles.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI systems incl. LLMs, multimodal and generative AI.
• Experience with agentic design, RAG and prompt engineering; proficient in Python and ML frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Embed into product teams and work 1:1 with senior engineers on real tasks.
• Co-develop and refine AI usage in engineering workflows.
• Help teams adopt practical AI and agentic approaches across processes.
• Start with one developer per team; phased rollout to others over time.
• Collaborate with internal AI/innovation teams to address tooling gaps and improvements.
