Job summary

You will work with the Psychology Department to support students, attend meetings, and engage with parents. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Education (or related fields), with a Master’s preferred, and at least two years in education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize necessary materials for classes.
• Maintain the grade book and enter grades on deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.
• Participate in parent meetings and school activities.
• Record daily attendance and manage portfolio documentation.
• Promote open communication with students and parents.
