Job summary

International Schools Partnership in Madrid is seeking an experienced educator to join our academic team. You will plan lessons in advance, prepare materials, maintain records, and assess students while collaborating with the Psychology Department to support learners with special needs and behavioral challenges.

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology (Master’s preferred) and have at least two years of classroom experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in education.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize materials for classes.
• Maintain the grade book and enter grades by deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Attend meetings with teachers, coordinators, and assistants and participate in school activities.
