Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited in Málaga seeks an experienced educator to join our campus. You will plan and deliver lessons, prepare materials, maintain grade books, and assess students while collaborating with the Psychology Department to support learners.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Education or Psychology, with a Master’s preferred, and is proficient with digital tools and Microsoft Office. Strong organization and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in digital tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
• Fulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.
• Maintain the grade book up to date and enter grades on time.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Keep the classroom decorated with relevant materials.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Work with Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners.
• Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.
• Attend institutional workshops and participate in parent meetings and school activities.
• Comply with the established work schedule and act as a mediator for student issues.
• Collaborate with the psychologist on community service projects and fundraising.
• Assist and organize student participation in fairs and activities.
• Record attendance and manage portfolios according to level criteria.
