Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited seeks an experienced educator to join our team in Spain. The role focuses on planning lessons, preparing materials, and maintaining grade records while collaborating with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral needs.

The candidate will work with academic coordinators, attend parent meetings, and participate in school activities, with emphasis on safeguarding and inclusive practices. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
• Maintain the grade book up to date and enter grades by deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work and keep records accurate.
• Collaborate with Psychology Department to support students with issues.
• Attend meetings with teachers and coordinators.
• Support students with special needs including gifted learners.
