Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative (English-speaking) to join the Barcelona team on site. You will handle inbound sales in a fast-moving environment, qualify leads, and contribute to revenue growth while engaging with English-speaking clients.

The role offers a 39-hour work week (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00) with a base salary of 20,000€ gross per year plus up to 4,500€ gross per year in bonus, with a great Barcelona office location and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business.
• Develop and manage customers acquired online and gold customers/partners.
• Perform outbound calls to develop and acquire new business beyond support tasks.
• Log all customer contacts in the CRM system in use.
• Provide feedback on sales activity and identify key contacts.
• Track, manage and report ongoing sales pipeline activities.

As an Inbound Sales Representative on our team, you will:

• Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business Development of customers acquired / profiled on line Account management of gold customers and partners
• Perform OB calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (it is in addition to call back for support tasks)
• Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time
• Give feedback on sales activity Skills for the Specialist
• Identify right contacts at customers
• Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
