Seneca Resorts & Casinos in Salamanca seeks a Room Service Receptionist to deliver an enjoyable in-room dining experience and assist guests with room service menus. You will answer incoming calls, manage a multi-line switchboard, coordinate requests with room service staff, and report issues to managers, always upholding policy and service standards.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Six (6) months previous office experience with answering phones and coordinating customer service needs within a specific time frame.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming room service calls with a professional manner before the 3rd ring.
• Assist guests with questions regarding room service menus.
• Direct guest issues to appropriate management for immediate recovery.
• Coordinate door hangers with shift managers for overnight turnover.
• Maintain understanding of information security policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
