Responsabilidades

• Serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer questions on menu selections.
• Coordinate with kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and special requests.
• Record transactions in MICROS system at order time.
• Assist guests and ensure satisfaction with courses and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service stations.
• Present accurate checks and process payments.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests and anticipate service needs; assist guests with disabilities; thank guests.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team and guests.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Adhere to quality standards and verify information from multiple formats.
• Stand, walk, or move for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds; team lift heavier items when needed.
