Overview
Implementation Specialist (German Speaker) at Yokoy in Barcelona. You will guide clients through the successful adoption of Yokoy’s solutions and manage large, complex projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end project management process from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for customers during the implementation process, addressing concerns and ensuring clear communication.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Configure Yokoy to meet customer specifications and implement testing processes to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Anticipate and address potential challenges to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
What You’ll Need
- Accomplished Project Manager, ideally with a track record of leading software implementation projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving, solution-oriented mindset, and structured, analytical work approach.
- Ability to build internal and external relationships and adapt communication as needed.
- Interest in challenges and a personal drive to make a difference.
- Understanding of financial processes and project management methodologies; PMP certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Financial SaaS products or platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus.
