Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC. seeks an Implementation associate within the Professional Services team to deliver Solera product implementations across the region. You will collaborate with sales, product and training teams to translate customer needs into actionable deployment plans.

This role reports to the Head of Implementation and offers exposure to large-scale transformation projects, with opportunities to grow leadership skills in rigorous process and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience delivering large transformation programs using agile methods.
• Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in Automotive or Insurance markets.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and stakeholder collaboration.
• Commercially aware with ability to support sales opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork within Professional Services.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence.
• Experience with API tools: Postman, JSON, SOAP, OAuth, XML, CSS.
• Excel at macro level.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre & post-sales support; advise on best practices and assist with proposals.
• Act as a customer-facing SME, bridging business and technical discussions.
• Gather and document customer requirements to define implementation strategy.
• Document test scenarios and support QA for configurations.
• Develop deep understanding of Solera products, configurations, and integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with configuration, training, product and sales teams for seamless delivery.
• Occasionally train customers on new configurations.
• Coordinate roadmap alignment with product and sales teams.
• Provide advanced 3rd-level support for deliveries and SME products.
• May take on project management responsibilities for major initiatives.
• Mentor or lead junior team members where applicable.

Who We Are

The Implementation team is responsible for delivering Implementation of the Solera product set across the country or region, defined by a unique Statement of Work (SoW) for each customer.

The Role

We are looking for an Implementation associate, as part of the Professional Services team, who will be responsible for delivering Implementation of the Solera product set across the country or region.

This role reports directly into Head of Implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Pre & Post-Sales Support: Advise on best practices for Solera products, assistSales with proposals, and define PS engagement models.
• Technical Expertise: Act as a customer-facing SME, bridging business andtechnical discussions.
• Requirements Gathering: Collect and document customer needs to definean effective implementation strategy.
• Testing & QA Support: Document test scenarios to validate configurations.
• Product & Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of Solera products,configuration, and integration capabilities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with configuration, training, product, andsales teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Customer Training: Occasionally train customers on newly deliveredconfigurations.
• Roadmap Alignment: Coordinate with product and sales teams to alignroadmap and revenue goals.
• Advanced Support: Provide 3rd-level support for customer deliveries andSME products.
• Project Management: May take on PM responsibilities for major projects.
• Leadership Potential: While not a direct managerial role, senior positionsmay involve team leadership.
