Job summary

Solera is seeking an Implementation Associate to support our Seville operations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of our software solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Implementation, you will migrate clients from legacy estimating platforms to Qapter, develop user guides and project plans, and resolve technical issues while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding of automotive standards and processes in bodyshop contexts.
• Experience delivering SaaS UI and API implementations at scale.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Highly motivated with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA and PowerBI.
• Experience with legacy system migrations in estimating contexts.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and collision repair domain preferred.

The Role

Solera is seeking an Implementation Associate to support our operations in Seville, Spain. As an Implementation Associate, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of our software solutions. You will report to the Head of Implementation and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality implementation services to our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients in migrating from their legacy estimating platforms to Qapter, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to their operations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, generate SOWs to ensure consistency and ensure successful implementation of Solera’s software solutions.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including user guides and project plans to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Become SME on product suite to advise Solera's customers on best workflows and configurations to meet the customers needs and add value
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address any technical issues during the implementation process.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing any inquiries or technical issues as they arise.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve the implementation process and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze implementation metrics and performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to align implementation efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.

What You’ll Bring

• A strong understanding of automotive standards and processes, particularly for bodyshop segment.
• Proven expereience in delivering SaaS UI & API impelementations at scale
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with participants and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to various locations to as role requires (<20% travel).
• Proficiency in using tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, PowerBI
• Experience with legacy system migrations, particularly in the context of estimating platforms or software solutions.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and experience in collision repair or related fields is preferred.
