Solera Corporation is seeking an Implementation Associate within the Professional Services team to deliver Solera product implementations across customers in the country or region. The role reports to the Head of Implementation and involves guiding projects from pre-sales to go-live.

You will gather requirements, advise on best practices, act as a technical SME, and collaborate with configuration, training, product, and sales teams to ensure successful deployments.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience delivering large transformation programs.
• Experience in Automotive or Insurance markets preferred.
• Strong customer-facing, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to define and document requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Pre & Post-Sales Support: advise on best practices and assist with proposals.
• Act as a customer-facing SME bridging business and technical discussions.
• Gather and document customer needs to define an effective implementation strategy.
• Document test scenarios to validate configurations.
• Maintain deep product and integration knowledge across Solera offerings.
• Collaborate with configuration, training, product, and sales teams for seamless delivery.
• Occasionally train customers on new configurations.
• Coordinate with product and sales to align roadmap and revenue goals.
• Provide 3rd-level support for customer deliveries and SME products.
• May take on PM responsibilities for major projects.
