The role reports directly into Head of Implementation and involves close collaboration with sales, product, and training teams. Key tasks include pre & post‑sales support, requirements gathering, testing, and 3rd‑level SME guidance to ensure successful deployments and

Qualificações

• Experience delivering large transformation programs using high‑performing teams.
• Strong customer facing, collaboration and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness to support sales opportunities and deliver value.
• Able to build relationships within Professional Services and with stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Pre & post‑sales support and proposal assistance.
• Act as customer‑facing SME bridging business and technical discussions.
• Gather and document customer requirements for implementation strategy.
• Document test scenarios to validate configurations.
• Develop deep knowledge of Solera products, configuration, and integration.
• Collaborate with configuration, training, product, and sales teams.
• Occasionally train customers on new configurations.
• Coordinate with product and sales to align roadmap and revenue goals.
• Provide 3rd‑level support for deliveries and SME products.
• May take on project management responsibilities for major projects.
