You will coordinate cross-functional teams, perform impact analysis, define mitigation plans, develop project plans and schedules, and ensure risks are managed while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.

• Specialized knowledge and significant experience in project, process, or change management.
• Experience leading changes from impact analysis through execution and delivery.
• Strong planning, scheduling, estimation, risk management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, professional judgement, and decision-making skills.
• Autonomy to lead initiatives and shape how work gets done.
