Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead a large squad, manage a mixed backlog of maintenance work and epics, and guide delivery of value within committed timeframes. You will facilitate ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain strategic alignment across initiatives.

Formación

• Significant experience as a Scrum Master or delivery-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Experience directing complex execution plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Ability to coach cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and drive performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backlog execution within timeboxes and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Coach squad through ceremonies: planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to align strategy and execution across teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments; drive decision making.
• Maintain budget and ensure timely delivery of epics and features.
