Dassault Systèmes in Madrid is seeking an Industry Process Consultant to reveal, demonstrate and validate how to maximise the value of the portfolio for customers. You will apply VALUE ENGAGEMENT and lead demonstrations, engaging with the account team to pursue opportunities during pre-sales and services engagements.

You will leverage the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to transform customer processes, document the value articulation, and contribute to successful go-lives while building trusted advisor

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in an industry process consultant role.
• Ability to lead an engagement team and manage customer relationships.
• Experience with software vendor or systems integrator environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Master the 3DEXPERIENCE platform usage with expertise across industry offers.
• Articulate and document how proposed solutions address business needs and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to transform the customer’s processes and accelerate value realization.
• Lead customer demonstrations and enable Sales Ecosystem and Partners.
• Model business processes and capture best practices.
• Develop content for customer presentations and knowledge sharing.
